COACH PARTIES

PASSENGER CAR (Children)

Our staff will decorate a section of the passenger cars with balloons and a banner. We also provide a railroad gift to the birthday person. Guests are allowed to roam between the cars, visit the gift shop and open air car during the trip.

Price: $250 for 20 people and only $11 for each additional person.

           Prepayment of $250 is required to hold the date and time.

 
CABOOSE PARTIES

CABOOSE (Adults)

Our staff will decorate the caboose with balloons and a banner for your guests. This is a private party for 12 people; the caboose is enclosed from the rest of the train.

Price: $200 for 12 people

           We require a $200 payment to hold the date and time.

Can we bring a cake?

We suggest you bring cup cakes or cookies because they are easier to manage.

     Also feel free to bring a cooler with snacks and drinks for your guests.

Do you have party favors for sell?

We do have wonderful train related party favors for as little as $1 a piece.


Do you provide decorations?

We decorate the caboose and a portion of the coach car depending on the number of guests with balloons and a banner. We also provide the birthday person a special gift.

Can I see the train before I make arrangements?

Please call our office (865) 524-9411 to arrange an appointment to meet at the train so you can see exactly where to park, meet, and board. The train is parked on Neyland Drive on Volunteer Landing.
