~BIRTHDAY:COACH CAR ~

     For birthday parties our staff will decorate a section of the passenger cars with balloons and a banner. We also provide a railroad gift to the birthday person. Guests are allowed to roam between the cars, visit the gift shop and open air car during the trip. Coach birthday parties are not available on express or special event trains.

    We suggest you bring cup cakes or cookies because they are easier to manage. Also feel free to bring a cooler with snacks and drinks for your guests. We will provide golf cart service for you before and after your party..

Price: $250 for 20 people and $11 for each additional person.

           Prepayment of $100 is required to hold the date and time.

~ CABOOSE ~

(12 people)

   Our staff will decorate the caboose with balloons and a banner for your guests. This is a private party for 12 people; the caboose is enclosed from the rest of the train.

Price: $200 for 12 people

           We require a $100 payment to hold the date and time.

~ CHARTERS ~

    The Three Rivers Rambler is available for private charter for your corporate or special event including weddings and tour groups for $1750 for a diesel train and $2750 for a steam train.  A train charter includes the two coach cars, a merchandise car with restrooms, an open-air car, and the caboose. There are seats for 150-200 people depending on the weather. (The open-air car does not have a roof.) 

  We can set a departure time to fit your schedule. Our merchandise car has counter space for a buffet style meal for your guests. We will work with a local caterer to provide appetizers and drinks while your guest enjoy the 90 minute excursion.

~ RAILGATES ~

During Home Football Games

   A Railgate is a stationary tailgate party aboard private railroad cars and coach cars before home UT football games. The cars are parked on Neyland Drive and Lake Loudon Blvd near Thompson Boling Arena in the shadows of Neyland Stadium.

    We will work with your caterer to provide a special event for your friends, family members or co-workers. (Alcohol is allowed in moderation and is not allowed off the premises.) Times for Railgates will depend on kick-off time. Security and limited restrooms (port-a-lets) are available; parking is not.

    Group size can range from 15-100 guests with options for catering, satellite television, orange and white decorations and more.
