New Ticket Policy as of November 1, 2007:
COUPONS:
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or certificates.
MISSED RESERVATIONS:
There are no refunds or exchanges for missed reservations. If you make a change to reservations prior to departure, there is a $2 per ticket fee charged. Changes must be made prior to 5pm on the preceding Friday.
EXCHANGE & GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Exchange tickets will not be honored for special event trains. Exchange and gift certificates will not be honored after they have expired.
