After an exhaustive effort by our Heritage Equipment Manager (Casey Rhodes), Marlow Railroad Company (Gabe Passmore), and many other local businesses, 203 came back to life and sang through Knoxville this past weekend for the first time since 2015.
This weekend the engine, affectionately named “Lindy” pulled the Three Rivers Rambler consist for the first time since going down for a federally mandated 1472 inspection back in 2015. Since her last time on the rails the consist has grown to six Pullman coaches.
